Who is eligible for Work Incentives Consultation?
In order to be eligible to receive free Work Incentives Consultation Services, the following criteria must be met:

- At least 14 to 64 years of age, but not yet retirement age
- Residing in the state of New Jersey.
- Receiving Supplemental Security Income (SSI) or Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) benefits and accompanying Medicaid and Medicare benefits

The Family Resource Network provides Work Incentives Consultation Services through its NJWINS (New Jersey Work Incentives Network Support )program, which has been providing successful Work Incentives Consultation since 2001.
